PINZ has agreed to host an event after the football game on Friday night. Two hours of cosmic bowling from 9:00-11:00, along with free nachos, popcorn, and pop donated by the Dell Rapids Lions Club. The cost for this event is $5.00 per student.

You are also responsible for raising money to put on a great After Prom, which includes arranging food, gifts and entertainment for all Prom goers. ALL the proceeds from this event go to the Junior Class and any leftover funds not used for the After Prom remains with the Junior class to use as they please. THIS IS WHERE YOU COME IN! You were sent an email that will be sent to all Junior parents with more information and how you can sign up to help.

This is an opportunity to visit several post-secondary institutions and ask questions about admission, majors, scholarships, etc.

Lunchtime Solutions is helping DRES celebrate Grandparents Day. Grandparents or other senior loved ones are invited to join their grandchildren on Wednesday, September 10th for breakfast, 8:05 am – 8:30 am. The cost will be $2.75 for adults with the adult meal price charged to the student’s lunch account (student price - $2.05). An informational flyer will be sent home with students.

We are excited to welcome another football season in Dell Rapids. We are again opening our doors to the St. Mary’s football team, who will be sharing our football field for their games. It’s a great opportunity to demonstrate our Quarrier spirit by being gracious hosts.
To ensure the field and bleachers are in top shape for all games, we kindly ask for your cooperation with a few guidelines. First, please make sure all blankets and tarps are removed from the bleachers immediately after each game. This will allow us to prepare the seating area for both our games and those hosted by St. Mary’s.
Additionally, we request that blankets and tarps not be placed on the bleachers until the day of the game that week, and vehicles do not enter our small parking lot next to the field until after the completion of the school day at 3:30 PM. The field will be open from 7 AM until 4 PM to place blankets/tarps. This will help us maintain a clean and organized environment for everyone.
St. Mary first home game is September 5th.
Dell Rapids first home game is September 19th.

The Dell Rapids High School Baseball team qualified for the State Tourney last night with victories over CE/Flandreau and West Central. They will play PGDCWL in Brookings at 12:00 on Monday. Below is a link to order state tourney apparel. With the state tourney being Monday, we have a very short turn around time for this.
