Dear Dell Rapids Parents, Guardians, and Community Members,

The Dell Rapids School District is excited to participate in a nationwide research initiative through AASA, The School Superintendents Association, and ThoughtExchange focused on confidence in public education.

As part of this initiative, we are inviting our parents, guardians, and community members to share their perspectives about our schools and public education. Your feedback is important to us. It will help us better understand what our community believes we are doing well, where we can continue to improve, and what our students need to be prepared for life after graduation.

The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Participants will be asked about their confidence in their local public schools, what contributes to that confidence, opportunities for improvement, and what students need to be successful as adults. Some questions use ThoughtExchange technology to provide follow-up questions based on your responses.

Responses are de-identified and analyzed in aggregate, meaning individual responses and identities are not revealed. The results will provide the Dell Rapids School District with valuable local feedback while also contributing to a larger national conversation about public education.

Whether you currently have children attending our schools, previously had children in the district, are a graduate, a local business owner, or simply a member of the Dell Rapids community, we want to hear from you.

We are proud of the work taking place throughout the Dell Rapids School District, but we also know that continued growth requires listening to the people we serve. Thank you for taking a few minutes to share your perspective and help us continue building a school district our students, families, staff, and community can be proud of.

Thank you for your continued support of the Dell Rapids School District.
