Following this session, the school board will be looking to conclude our strategic planning process and develop a completed goal-centered plan for the district that will drive decision-making in the future.

Our district will invest in targeted professional development focused on instructional best practices, social-emotional learning, positive behavioral supports, special education, and fostering a respectful and inclusive school climate that meets the developmental needs of all students.
FACILITIES ENHANCEMENT & FUNDING DISCUSSIONS (Operations)
We will engage in collaborative discussions with the City and St. Mary’s regarding a potential joint-use facility, and actively involve the public in exploring funding options and associated costs.
PUBLIC RELATIONS (Partnerships)
We aim to strengthen both internal and external communication efforts to build trust, celebrate achievements, and foster meaningful partnerships across our community.
