The Dell Rapids Elementary School is comprised of 53 staff members and 360 students.  The elementary school has 25 classrooms, a full size gym, a large kitchen with adjoining lunchroom, a library, three large commons areas, an administrative office, teacher work area, three Special Education classrooms, two Title classrooms, two Speech classrooms, Ot & Pt rooms, an Early Childhood classroom, and large recess/play ground area.

We currently offer 3 section of Kindergarten Prep, 3 sections of Kindergarten, 3 sections of 1st grade , 3 sections of 2nd grade, 4 sections of 3 grade, and 3 sections of 4th grade. We also offer Physical Education, Art, and Music Classes.

Our elementary students are 1 to 1 with Apple iPads in grades kindergarten prep through 2nd grade and Chromebooks in grades 3-4.

Breakfast and lunch are offered daily.

As with the two other schools in our district, we strive to provide each student with a safe, positive, and productive learning environment so that they may obtain their best education while attending Dell Rapids Elementary School.
